Tools for Eve-Online This list is for small reference i basically only use EveMon and thats about it. Map -- 2d EveMaps – Maps in 2d of every solar system in a .pdf file allowing you to check often.
- Strategic Maps – Not Free but look great
- Ingame Search Maps – from Strategic maps and in beta stage. Have to be checked ingame.
- Ore Maps – Search for some type of ores withing systems.
- Evemaps SVG- Another maps site
Skills managing -
- EveMon – Loading your accounts Api keys then selecting the character you want listed will get the job done quick. Allowing you to plan skills get warning and display the progress of your skills. Also have Minerals charts and calculator, Prices check on some books and ships. Display progression in the Ingame Browser by connecting to localhost and making it trusted site ( you must active IGB in options and have some plans on each characters. ) also display on G15, G19 keyboards lcd.
Killboards – Eventually even thought i don’t find them usefull il host some infos on them.
Xfire – Nvidia Contest

The NVIDIA Video Capture Contests Are On Now! January 9th – 16th take a video using the Xfire Video Capture System showing your best explosion and get your friends to vote on it. If you have the most cool votes at the end of the contest on January 16th, you’ll win a graphics card.

The prices are fabulous GTX 260 BFG Cards from Nvidia for the first contest. Unfortunately the chances that i win are small since i dont take the habit of spamming others for a gain thus i have almost no views. Also most people use cheats to generate awesome explosions with dev stuff and so on. My video is also sound bugged since xfire record sound ability seem to be bugged at some point.
The video i made is basically a station explosion.

Contest was asking for explosions which i did clearly. Unfortunately im really out of luck when it comes to contest’s i highly doubt il win any Xfire contest that will be hold for the next few years. But that’s just me been down to earth i guess.

The site who looked promising at advertising Eve related sites for ISK seem to not pay is advertisers. I registered two days ago, did some testing with friends and they went and clicked the ads to see if that added ISK to my account.
The only thing that got recorded there was… the views counts and funny they were by far off. From the 10 users who went and clicked ads from the said advertiser no clicks were logged. Just those things were bad enought but then the website itself have huge downtimes and every ads you place on your site slower the loading by a few minutes juste because your site cannot grab the script from isksense.
Il give it another chance since it’s not a advertising site who pay in money but more in virtual currency that are ISK. So far in 3 days 2 with huge downtimes that isn’t what i would call reliable advertising.
Thought the idea is nice and definately worth investing into a similar project maybe if i find some coders i could get such a site running up.
Outside from Eve advertising you also have killboard hosting option but for the amount of ressources they take and the hosting.
You can expect a eve section soon on the domain thought.

Why?
First why would i do that? I won’t lye to you i earn a bonus if anyone register a paid account later on but it’s mainly to promote the game. Eve online can have way more members on and it possess 3 additional test server with the main one been always active. It also allow me to meet new people and maybe more from my timezone.
Pourquoi?
Premièrement, pourquoi ferais-je cela? Je ne vous mentirais pas il est vrai que je gagne un bonus si certaines personnes font une inscription payante mais, c’est plus pour promouvoir le jeu. Eve-Online peu possèder d’avantage de membre et possède 3 serveurs additionnel de test incluant le serveur principal qui a toujours été actif. Cela me permet aussi de rencontrer de nouvelle personne et peut-être plus de ma région.
Goal of the game.
The game so far does not contain a specific goal. You can be a pirate, a Mercenary or a delivery boy and much more. My main goal for me is to later on own my station Manufacture my own stuff, Eventually pay my gaming time with my character and much more.
Le but du jeu.
Présentement le jeu ne possède pas de but spécifique. Vous pouvez être un pirate, un mercenaire ou simplement un livreur et plus encore. Mon but principal est que plus tard je possède ma propre station que je construit, invente mes propres affaires. Dans l’éventualité être capable de payer mon temps de jeux avec mon personnage et beaucoup plus.

After all the work it took me to get the game working without any crash to desktop the game took less time to finish. Of course i didn’t do much sidequest and only did mainquest. The story is lets just say kind of psychotic, from kids trying to kill you to a super mutant friend who goes right into a governement base to rescue you. Yeah, it’s a mess…
The game rocks but i did wish that the end wasn’t as lame as the current one. You have 3 differents endings, i thought that by sending the girl input the code and die id get to continue playing in this twisted world but no it isn’t like Oblivion. It has a end that is…
What it took me to get this awesome but short game running?
Defragmentation then do a clean installation of the skullptura rip and finalfix.skullptura .Install all the updates, close all the programs and add the FFdshow exception. Launch the game directly from “Fallout3.exe”. Terminate all background process from other applications. When i say the updates just check my previous post here.
When the developpement kit will be out we can expect much more from this game ( and less troubles running it also i hope ).

Après toute les démarches que j’avais essayé pour que le jeu fonctionne sans plantage au bureau. Sa ma pris moins de temps finir le jeu. Bien entendu, je n’ai pas fait beaucoup de quêtes hors de celle principale. Le jeu a une histoire asser psychotique et charmante a la fois. Des enfants qui essayes de vous tuer, un super mutant qui deviens votre amis et ce lance dans une base gouvernemental pour vous libérez. Un vrai désordre…
Le jeu est vraiment bien mais j’aurais souhaiter que la fin soit pas aussi nul que celle actuel. Sur les 3 fin différentes, j’ai penssé qu’envoyer la fille de l’ordre des lyons mettre le code et ensuite mourir me permettrais de continuer de jouer dans ce monde de fou. Mais non malheureusement ce n’est pas comme dans Oblivion… il y a actuellement une fin.
Comment j’ai enfin réussi a jouer au jeu ?
Débuté par une défragmentation, puis une réinstallation complète de skullptura rip et sont final fix. Installer toutes les updates mentionné dans l’article prédécent, ajouter l’exception a FFdshow. Puis lancer le jeu directement avec “Fallout3.exe”. Terminer toutes les processeurs en fond dans le gestionnaire de tâche.
Quand le coffre de développement sera disponible nous pourrons espèrer beaucoup plus de ce jeu ( et a la fois espérons le moins de problème pour jouer ).
